Dr. Dale Hartley, is an industrial-organizational psychologist and professor of human resources, whose area of specialization is workforce sourcing, recruitment, selection, motivation and retention.

He also holds an MBA and an MA in Mass Communication, with expertise in social media and digital communications. As CEO of Lionhart, Dr. Hartley also has more than 30 years’ practical experience in sourcing, recruiting, screening, selecting, motivating and retaining personnel.
