Job Postings That Get Results - Pure Michigan Talent Connect

As employers struggle to find talent, they are seeking every avenue for recruitment. Pure Michigan Talent Connect (PMTC)—www.mitalent.org—is one of the best.

But sometimes an employer’s task-specific, mundane job order will get very few (or zero!) applicants. How can you help create job orders that stand out and get results?

Using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and system data, this webinar will teach you to craft a job order that job seekers will both find and act on.

The value of this service has been tremendous and has shown excellent results in the Northwest region. We are partnering with Northwest Michigan Works! and the Workforce Development Agency’s PMTC team to deliver this essential training so your agency can experience the same success.
