Lean Office Overview

This workshop is designed to motivate attendees to eliminate waste in office processes. 

Attendees receive an introduction to Lean systems as well as exposure to Lean tools including:

  • Process Mapping
  • 5S and Visual Management
  • Standard Work
  • Error Proofing
  • Metrics, and
  • Kaizen
Topics of discussion:
  • Types of waste that exist in all organizations
  • Eliminating waste from office processes
  • Value-added activity
  • Culture change that leads to organizational improvement
