Janice Cooper, WIOA Specialist, Talent Investment Agency – Workforce Development, State of Michigan
Janice Cooper is a WIOA specialist with the State of Michigan. She is currently responsible for the development and implementation of policies related to the Eligible Training Provider List (MiTC), policies related to Incumbent Worker Training programs, and the coordination, development, and submittal of the State’s WIOA Unified State Plan. Janice has been employed for over 20 years with the State of Michigan with all of her experience in workforce development, employment, and training programs.
Natalie Kochendorfer, Departmental Analyst, Talent Investment Agency – Workforce Development, State of Michigan
Natalie Kochendorfer is a Departmental Analyst with the State of Michigan. She is currently responsible for the daily operations of Michigan Training Connect (MiTC), the State of Michigan’s Eligible Training Provider List and was previously a Trainer on the State of Michigan’s Labor Exchange System, Pure Michigan Talent Connect. Natalie has been employed for over 15 years in the field of workforce development with a focus on employment and training programs.
