Specific, effective skills and techniques will be discussed and practiced.

The workshop will be fun, interactive, practical and productive.  Equally effective for people currently in middle management positions, for those supervising (and perhaps frustrated with) middle managers, and for those hoping to be well-prepared for future middle-management positions.

Attendees are encouraged to bring examples of real-life sticky situations for discussion and input on how best to handle them
