Work-Based Training for Special Populations (Webcast)

Work-based training can be an effective training strategy to provide additional opportunities for participants finding high-quality work and for employers in developing a high-quality workforce.

On the Job Training (OJT), pre-apprenticeship, registered apprenticeships and customized training are all forms of work-based training services.

This webast will feature three Michigan Works! Agencies sharing their real-world experience using this funding.

Best practices, including participant identification and use of funding/services, will also be covered.
