FY 2020: Going PRO Talent Fund (webinar)

The Going PRO Talent Fund (Talent Fund) remains one of the most powerful tools in Michigan’s toolkit to address in-demand skill growth and employer talent needs.

By collaborating with economic development and education partners, Michigan Works! organizations will assist in delivering demand-driven training to address talent shortages hampering the growth of Michigan’s Industries.

On August 6, join the Talent Fund team to familiarize yourself with the tools available and get up to speed on what’s ahead for FY 2020.

Get an updated look at program adjustments and improvements including:

  • What’s new for 2020
  • Successes in 2019
  • A review of the application period and process
  • An understanding of the required documentation
  • Q & A Session

 

Who Should Attend
  • Michigan Works! Agency Business Services staff
  • Michigan Works! contractor staff assigned to business services

*Each Michigan Works! Agency is required to have at least one individual participate in order to be eligible to submit applications.

 

This training is an internal Michigan Works! system training and is closed to the public. Michigan Works! staff who are interested in registering should contact their Director and/or Business Services team leader. Employers, educators/trainers, partner agencies, and other members of the public should contact their local Michigan Works! Business Services Team after August 6 for more information.
