Rapid Response Training: Effective Rapid Response Strategies

This training will outline how to effectively respond to Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN) notices and layoffs.

Issues that will be addressed specifically include proactive vs. reactive responses, what early responses look like, and which partners can be brought in to assist.

Services for Employers and Dislocated Workers will also be discussed.
