Work with a Business Solutions Professional (BSP)

BSPs are trained not to sell services, programs and tools, but to discuss what keeps a business leader up at night, understand their challenges and opportunities, and assess their unique needs before offering coordinated solutions provided by a network of BSP partners.

In a complex labor market, a BSP can serve as an extension of a corporate HR team, helping employers access key tools and resources to connect them to crucial talent and upskill their current workforce, through such services as identifying, assessing and addressing talent gaps and skill needs within a company, both short- and long-term, through collaboration with company representatives and development of comprehensive solutions.
