Several years back, the world underwent a seismic shift as both adults and youth wrestled with the unprecedented challenges of a global pandemic. The reality is that the young individuals who navigated life before the outbreak are not identical to those who emerged from it. Nonetheless, workforce development experts persist in their efforts to engage post-pandemic youth as they did before.
This dynamic workshop aims to equip youth workers and leaders with the necessary tools to effectively connect with young job seekers, facilitating their path toward employment, education, and overall life success in today's era. By blending motivation with practical, real-world insights, participants will be empowered to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the youth they serve.
This webinar will be taught by Darrell Andrews, also known as "Coach D," who is a renowned consultant, strategist, and motivator in the field of workforce development. As the President and Chief Passion Officer of Darrell Andrews, LLC and Associates, he has led a team of experts for the past two decades, delivering consulting services, motivational training, coaching, and speeches that foster innovation in workforce development agencies, corporations, and education organizations.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing up to seven (7) business days prior to the training to receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than seven (7) business days prior to the training will be invoiced, and payments will not be refunded. No shows will be billed. Substitutions are welcomed.
