Michigan Works! Southeast, in partnership with Jackson College, invites you to attend the Race to Talent event—an opportunity to celebrate and learn from Jackson County employers leading the way with Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs).

This event will recognize outstanding employers with Crystal Awards and feature a panel discussion where champion employers and apprentices share real-world insights on how RAPs have strengthened their workforce and business success.

Attendees will include state and local partners, as well as employers interested in exploring apprenticeship opportunities.

The morning begins with breakfast at 8:30 a.m., followed by the program at 9:00 a.m. The event concludes with an optional tour of Jackson College’s new Applied Technology Training Center from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
