Michigan Works! Southwest: Apprenticeship Wall Reveal & Registered Apprenticeship Program Showcase

Join us as we celebrate the growth and success of Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAP) in Calhoun, Branch, St. Joseph and Kalamazoo Counties during our Apprenticeship Wall Reveal and RAP Showcase. This special event will bring together employers, apprentices, workforce development leaders, educators, community partners, and elected officials to recognize the accomplishments of local apprenticeship programs and the individuals who make them successful.

Program Highlights:

• Apprenticeship Wall Reveal recognizing the employers and organizations that have invested in Registered Apprenticeship Programs throughout Calhoun County.

• Registered Apprenticeship Program Showcase featuring local apprenticeship initiatives, success stories, and workforce development opportunities.

• Panel Discussion with industry leaders, employers, apprentices, and workforce professionals sharing insights on workforce development and apprenticeship pathways.

• Awards Ceremony honoring outstanding apprenticeship champions, employers, partners, and apprentices who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to talent development.

• Workforce Board Participation during the Apprenticeship Wall Reveal, recognizing the board's leadership and support in advancing apprenticeship opportunities and strengthening the regional workforce.
