Brian O’Donnell

Brian O’Donnell is an electrical industry professional with 20 years of experience in construction and service operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in communications studies from Western Michigan University and completed a five-year U.S. Department of Labor Electrical Apprenticeship Program. Currently, Brian serves as Project Executive of Workforce and Business Development with Hi-Tech Electric Company.

Brian also serves as Board Chair of Michigan Works! Southwest Workforce Development Board, where he helps guide workforce strategy and employer engagement across the region. He is also an active employer representative on the Board of the Kalamazoo Electrical Training Alliance, supporting apprenticeship programs and the development of the next generation of skilled trades professionals in the electrical industry.
