Case management is never truly easy, especially when it comes to starting the disciplinary process for a participant. Join LEO and MDHHS staff as we discuss the noncompliance and triage processes – we will cover the timeline outlined in the PATH manual, documentation, OSMIS data entry, and best practices for re-engaging participants after a noncompliance or good cause determination. We will also provide examples of do’s and don’ts while navigating the process.
