Carli brings a mix of creativity, steady support, and behind-the-scenes magic to her role at the Michigan Works! Association. With a background in advertising and operations, she supports the Association’s brand visibility, digital community, event marketing, communications, and day-to-day operations.

Whether she is shaping the Association’s online presence, creating marketing materials, supporting events, or keeping daily operations moving, Carli is known for being dependable, thoughtful, and willing to step in where needed. She brings a team-first approach to her work and values the opportunity to work with and learn from the dedicated professionals across the Michigan Works! network whose work is felt in communities throughout the state.

Carli graduated from Central Michigan University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, exploring Michigan, babysitting her nephew and Brody the German Shepherd, and spoiling her cat, Goose.
