Natasha is a performance-driven leader with 20+ years of expertise in workforce development, recognized for delivering innovative strategies and operational excellence in demand-driven systems. She inspires and motivates teams, achieves high productivity, and implements impactful solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Currently Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Michigan Works! Association, Natasha oversees grants, policy, and special initiatives, coordinates certification programs, and builds partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to advance workforce strategies.

Career highlights include:
*Writing and securing over $5 million in grants for workforce initiatives
*Securing a Grow with Google partnership for the workforce development system
*Implementing Michigan's first USDOL Registered Apprenticeship program within a local Michigan Works! board
*Creating streamlined processes through Lean Office practices for consistent efficiency
Building comprehensive staff onboarding and development systems that eliminate silos and enhance employee success

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in English, from Central Michigan University. She is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and Certified Business Solutions Professional, with additional credentials as a LEAN Office Champion, in Talent Pipeline Management, and as a certified facilitator for Our Community Listens. Her work has earned multiple awards, including Unsung Hero and Commitment to Excellence. Natasha represents Michigan on the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals.

A passionate community leader, Natasha chairs the City of Coleman Planning Commission and has mentored adolescents for 25 years through youth programs.
