This Privacy Policy describes how Michigan Works! Association (“MWA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or use our website (the “Site”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Michigan Works! Association website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you will use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all Content and services made available through the Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michigan Works! To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michigan Works! 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ingham County, Michigan, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If your organization prefers arbitration or a different forum, this section should be revised by legal counsel before publication.
