Event Policy

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted 10 business days before the date of event or training. Processing fees are nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued after the stated deadline except if the event is canceled.

Ticket Transfer Policy

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee up until the date of event or training. Transfer requests must be submitted through e-mail to Emma Harbaugh at harbaughe@michiganworks.org.

Schedule Changes

Event dates, times, speakers, performers, activities, and locations are subject to change. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered attendees of significant changes.

Cancellation Policy

If the event is canceled, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket price unless otherwise stated. The organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by attendees.

Weather and Emergency Policy

The event may be delayed, relocated, modified, or canceled because of severe weather, public-safety concerns, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control.
